I am an educator with a wide range of experience. I've served as a middle school math teacher, curriculum facilitator  and assistant principal in two states. I've been fortunate to serve my current district as Principal of West Middle School and Director of Curriculum and Innovation.

I hold a BS degree from Georgia Southwestern State University majoring in Political Science and minoring in Black Studies. My Master's degree is in Middle Grades Education and I have an Add-On Certificate in Educational Leadership from State University of West Georgia.

I am passionate about making a difference in helping students learn and teachers teach. This is blog is my part in making a difference.
